LONDON — Sallie Berkerey has been named to the new role of managing director of Cosmetic Executive Women U.K., the professional organization and beauty industry lobby. Berkerey will join in June, working alongside CEW president Caroline Neville, WWD has learned.
An announcement is expected today.
Berkerey is currently associate publisher of British Vogue and is a Condé Nast veteran, having launched Glamour in the U.K. in 2001. She has served as associate publisher of British Vogue since 2014, working with all sectors of the beauty industry.
“I am passionate about the beauty industry and have worked with many of the member brands during my career. I am looking forward to being part of the dynamic team alongside Caroline and working with a diverse group of existing and new partners at CEW,” Berkerey said.
