Pat McGrath Labs and The Metropolitan Museum of Art are back with a second drop.
After an initial collaboration that debuted after the Met Gala in May, The Met Store is unveiling a second limited-edition line with Pat McGrath Labs. Spanning both cosmetics and apparel, The Adorned Collection is inspired by jewelry that will be featured in an upcoming exhibition called “Jewelry: The Body Transformed,” opening at The Met on Nov. 12.
“The exclusive Pat McGrath Labs x The Met The Adorned collection is absolutely legendary and I am thrilled to explore the intersection of adornment and artistry,” says McGrath. “The partnership is a true testament that there are no limits when it comes to creativity and collaboration.”

Pat McGrath Labs is the first beauty brand to be sold at The Met. In July, the label received a $60 million minority investment from Eurazeo Brands. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but industry sources estimated that the firm took a 5 to 8 percent stake in the business at a valuation of more than $1 billion. Pat McGrath Labs previously received $88 million in external funding in 2016. Industry
